Mixing Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground Wagyu beef, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.

Forming Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the meat mixture into meatballs, about 1.5 inches in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until they are cooked through and reach an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C).
Making the Caramelized Onion Cream Sauce

Caramelizing Onions
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 20-25 minutes until the onions are golden brown and caramelized.

Adding Cream and Broth
Once the onions are caramelized, add the heavy cream, beef broth, fresh thyme, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and bring the mixture to a simmer. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
