Preparation
Juice the Lemons
Using a citrus juicer, extract the juice from fresh lemons until you have 1 oz of fresh lemon juice.
Measure the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, measure 2 oz of reposado tequila, 0.5 oz of mezcal, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, and 3 oz of guava juice.
Mixing
Shake the Cocktail
Add ice to the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.
Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a large wine glass filled with ice.
Finishing Touch
Top with Prosecco
Slowly pour 3 oz of prosecco over the cocktail mixture in the glass.
Garnish
Garnish with a lemon wheel and fresh mint leaves for a refreshing touch.
