Preparation of Seafood

Chop the Seafood
In a bowl, gently chop the sweet blue crab meat and Maine lobster meat into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
Fondue Mixture

Melt the Cream Cheese
In a small saucepan, combine the cream cheese and heavy cream. Heat over low heat, stirring continuously until the cream cheese is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Add Garlic and Seasoning
Add the minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika to the melted cream mixture. Stir well to combine.

Incorporate Cheeses
Gradually add the grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to the mixture, stirring until melted and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, you can add a little more heavy cream to reach your desired consistency.

Fold in Seafood
Gently fold the chopped crab and lobster meats into the cheese mixture until well combined.
Serving

Prepare the Fondue Pot
Transfer the seafood and cheese mixture to a fondue pot or a suitable serving dish. Keep warm over a low flame or warming tray.

Serve with Pita Chips
Arrange the toasted pita chips around the fondue pot and serve immediately. Enjoy dipping the pita chips into the rich crab and lobster fondue!
