Prepare the Bread
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the brioche bread into cubes and place in a large mixing bowl.
Combine and Bake
Pour the custard mixture over the brioche cubes, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it soak for about 15 minutes. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and set.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine chocolate chips, heavy cream, butter, sugar, and vanilla. Stir until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and set aside.

In a mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
