Preparation of Steak Tartare

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped beef tenderloin, egg yolk, capers, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, truffle oil, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Chill the Mixture
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Preparation of Black Olive Toasts

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Prepare the Toasts
In a small bowl, mix the chopped black olives, olive oil, minced garlic, and thyme leaves. Spread the mixture over the baguette slices.

Toast the Baguette
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Assembly

Serve the Dish
Remove the steak tartare from the refrigerator. On each black olive toast, place a generous spoonful of the prepared steak tartare. Serve immediately and enjoy!
