Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a coupe or cocktail glass by filling it with ice water and setting it aside.

Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Lillet Blanc, Vermut Pedro, and rhubarb bitters.

Add Ice and Stir
Fill the mixing glass with ice cubes and stir the mixture gently for about 30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into Glass
Empty the ice water from the chilled glass and strain the cocktail mixture into it.

Garnish and Serve
Garnish the drink with a lemon twist, expressing the oils over the top of the cocktail before placing it on the rim.
