Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Steak

Season the bistro steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Heat a skillet over high heat and cook the steak for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Salad Preparation

  1. 2

    Make the Salad

In a bowl, combine arugula and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then season with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.

Fries Preparation

  1. 3

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the russet potatoes into thin fries and toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and toss with parmesan cheese and truffle oil.

Chimichurri Preparation

  1. 4

    Make the Chimichurri

In a food processor, combine smoked tomatoes, parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste.
