Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Duck

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the duck breast with salt and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes on each side until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and let rest.

  2. 2

    Cook the Home Fries

In the same skillet, add the diced potatoes. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  3. 3

    Toast the Challah

While the potatoes are cooking, toast the challah slices until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, cook the eggs to your liking (scrambled, fried, or poached).

  5. 5

    Assemble the Dish

Slice the rested duck breast and mix it with the home fries. Plate the duck hash, top with eggs, serve with a slice of challah on the side, and drizzle with chimichurri sauce. Garnish with chopped parsley.
