Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, green onions, egg, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until well combined.

Form the Cakes
Using your hands, form the crab mixture into patties, approximately 2 inches in diameter and 1 inch thick. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Chill
Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and refrigerate the crab cakes for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Cook the Crab Cakes
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the crab cakes, cooking in batches if necessary. Fry for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve
Remove the crab cakes from the skillet and drain on paper towels. Serve warm with house remoulade on the side.
