Prime Steaks

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix gently until just combined.

Prepare the Patties

Divide the beef mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into thick patties, making a slight indentation in the center of each.

Form the Patties

Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.

Preheat the Grill

Place the patties on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and add a slice of cheddar cheese on top. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes for medium doneness.

While the burgers are cooking, split the burger buns and toast them on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

Toast the Buns

Layer lettuce, tomato slices, onions, and pickles on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Place the cooked patty with cheese on top, then cover with the top half of the bun.

Assemble the Burgers

Serve immediately with your favorite sides!

Wash and chop all the vegetables. Cube the tofu and press to remove excess moisture.

Prepare the Ingredients

In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the cubed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir-Fry the Tofu

Add the broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, and snow peas to the skillet. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Add Vegetables

Add minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, and sesame seeds. Stir well to combine and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Season

Remove from heat, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot.

Lightly toast the sourdough bread slices until golden brown.

Toast the Bread

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise and Dijon mustard.

Prepare the Spread

Spread the mayo-mustard mixture on one side of each toasted bread slice.

Assemble the Sandwich

On two of the slices, layer the turkey breast, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and sliced tomato. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Layer the Ingredients

Top with the remaining slices of bread, mayo-mustard side down, and press gently.

Complete the Sandwich

Cut the sandwich in half and serve immediately.

Take the Prime Ribeye Steaks out of the refrigerator and let them come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

Prepare the Steaks

Rub both sides of the steaks with olive oil. Generously season with kosher salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.

Season the Steaks

Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet over high heat until it is very hot.

Heat the Grill or Pan

Place the steaks on the grill or skillet. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side without moving them. Flip the steaks and add the fresh rosemary sprigs. Cook for another 4-5 minutes for medium-rare.

Remove the steaks from the heat and let them rest on a plate for about 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
