Sauté the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Deglaze with Wine
Pour the white wine into the skillet, scraping the bottom to release any browned bits. Bring to a simmer and cook until the chicken is cooked through and the wine reduces slightly, about 10 minutes.
Prepare the Sauce
In a separate saucepan, combine the orange juice, cranberry sauce, honey, and orange zest. Bring to a simmer over medium heat and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through and slightly thickened.
Serve
Top the sautéed chicken with the warm orange cranberry sauce and serve immediately.
