Method
Biscuits
- 1
Prepare the Biscuit Dough
In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in the milk until just combined.
- 2
Shape and Bake the Biscuits
Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead gently. Pat into a 1-inch thick round and cut out biscuits. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F (220°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Pork Belly Gravy
- 3
Cook the Pork Belly
In a skillet, cook the pork belly over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the pan and chop into small pieces.
- 4
Make the Gravy
In the same skillet, sprinkle flour over the rendered fat and cook for 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring continuously until thickened. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder. Add the cooked pork belly back into the gravy.
Fried Eggs

Fry the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook until the whites are set and the yolks are still runny. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
