Prepare the Brussels Sprouts
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the ends, and cut them in half.

Season the Brussels Sprouts
In a large bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and Bragg's apple cider vinegar. Toss until evenly coated.

Roast the Brussels Sprouts
Spread the seasoned Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown, stirring halfway through.

Once the Brussels sprouts are crispy, remove them from the oven and drizzle with sorghum. Add the crumbled beef bacon on top and serve warm.
