Steak and Sauce

Prepare the Steak
Season the saloon steak with salt and pepper. Let it rest at room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.

Cook the Steak
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Once hot, add the steak and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side or until it reaches your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let it rest.

Make the Saloon Steak Sauce
In the same skillet, add 1/4 cup of beef broth, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard. Stir to combine and reduce for 2-3 minutes.
