Method

Steak Preparation

  1. 1

    Season the Steak

Rub the ribeye steaks with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder on both sides.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (around 450°F to 500°F).

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Place the seasoned ribeye steaks on the grill. Grill for 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip and grill for an additional 3-5 minutes for medium-rare. Adjust the time for your preferred doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Fresh Rosemary

During the last minute of grilling, place the fresh rosemary sprigs on the steaks to infuse flavor.

  5. 5

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Mashed Potatoes Preparation

  1. 6

    Boil the Potatoes

Peel and cube the potatoes, then place them in a pot of salted water. Bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15-20 minutes.

  2. 7

    Drain and Mash

Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. Use a potato masher to mash the potatoes to your desired consistency.

  3. 8

    Add Ingredients

Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper to the mashed potatoes. Mix well until creamy and smooth.
