Chips Preparation

Bake the Chips
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the potato chips evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt, paprika, and garlic powder. Toss to coat evenly.

Bake
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes until crispy and slightly golden. Remove from the oven and set aside.
Bleu Cheese Sauce Preparation

Mix the Sauce
In a bowl, combine bleu cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, and buttermilk. Use a fork to mash and mix until smooth. Add garlic powder and black pepper, and mix well until combined.

Chill
Refrigerate the bleu cheese sauce for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Buffalo Sauce Preparation

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.

Combine Ingredients
Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and garlic powder until well combined.
Assembly

Serve the Dish
On a large serving platter, layer the baked potato chips. Drizzle generously with the buffalo sauce and then top with the bleu cheese sauce. Serve immediately and enjoy!
