Prepare Chicken

Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Cook Pasta

Boil the Fettuccine
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente (usually about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
Make Alfredo Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Cook while stirring until the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Combine and Serve

Mix Everything Together
Add the cooked fettuccine to the Alfredo sauce and toss until the pasta is well coated. Slice the grilled chicken and place it on top of the pasta. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
