Directions
Cook the Noodles
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the yakisoba noodles and cook according to the package instructions until tender. Drain and set aside.
Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet or wok, heat sesame oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger, and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Combine Ingredients
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet. Add the cooked yakisoba noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and green onions. Toss everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve
Transfer the yakisoba shrimp to serving plates, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, and serve hot.
