Wings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Wings

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with vegetable oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated. Spread the wings out on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  2. 2

    Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown, flipping them halfway through the cooking time.

  3. 3

    Make the Spicy Sauce

In a saucepan, combine Sriracha sauce and honey. Heat over medium heat until simmering, then remove from heat and set aside.

  4. 4

    Make the Sesame Garlic Sauce

In another saucepan, combine soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, black pepper, and rice vinegar. Heat over medium heat until bubbling, then remove from heat and set aside.

  5. 5

Make the Black Pepper Teriyaki Sauce

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth. In a saucepan, combine soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper. Bring to a simmer, then stir in the cornstarch mixture. Cook until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.

  6. 6

    Toss the Wings

Once the wings are baked, toss them in the spicy sauce, sesame garlic sauce, or black pepper teriyaki sauce as desired.
