1. Prepare Sushi Rice

Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear. Cook rice according to package instructions. Once cooked, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small bowl and gently fold into the rice. Let cool.

2. Prepare the Fillings

Slice the avocado and cucumber into thin strips. Shred the krab into smaller pieces.

3. Assemble the Roll

Lay a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat. Wet your hands and spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top. Place a few pieces of shrimp tempura, avocado, cucumber, and krab across the center of the rice.

4. Roll the Sushi

Using the bamboo mat, carefully roll the sushi away from you, applying gentle pressure to shape the roll. Seal the edge of the nori with a small amount of water.

5. Add Tempura Crumbs

Sprinkle tempura crumbs on top of the roll before cutting.

6. Slice and Serve

Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces using a sharp knife. Serve with soy sauce and wasabi on the side.
