Prepare the Glass
Rim the edge of a glass with lime juice and dip it in salt to coat the rim.

Mix the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine Altos Plata Tequila, Combier d’Orange, organic agave nectar, yuzu juice, and Grand Marnier. Add ice cubes.

Shake Well
Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously for about 15-20 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Add fruit puree of your choice and stir gently.

Garnish
Garnish with a slice of fruit or a sprig of mint if desired.
