Method

Preparation and Grilling

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Start by thawing the lobster tails, scallops, and shrimp if they are frozen. Rinse them under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Seafood

In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the lobster tails, scallops, and shrimp to the marinade, ensuring all seafood is well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. If using a charcoal grill, make sure the coals are glowing and covered with white ash.

  4. 4

    Grill the Lobster Tails

Place the lobster tails shell side down on the grill. Grill for about 5-6 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 3-4 minutes until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  5. 5

    Grill the Scallops and Shrimp

While the lobster is grilling, place the scallops and shrimp on the grill. Grill the scallops for about 2-3 minutes on each side and the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until they are pink and opaque.

  6. 6

    Serve

Once all seafood is cooked, remove from the grill and serve immediately. Optionally, garnish with fresh herbs and lemon wedges.
