1. Prepare the Marinade

Add the Hokkaido scallops to the marinade, and gently toss to coat. Allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the Grill
Preheat your hibachi grill over medium-high heat.
4. Grill the Scallops
Place the marinated scallops on the grill. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they are opaque and have a nice grill mark.
5. Serve
Remove scallops from the grill and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
