1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, black pepper, and paprika.

2. Marinate the Meat

Place the filet mignon and chicken breasts in a resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the meats, making sure they are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

3. Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.

4. Cook the Filet Mignon

Remove the filet mignon from the marinade and let it come to room temperature for about 15 minutes. Sear the filet mignon on the grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until your desired doneness is achieved. Add 1 tablespoon of butter during the last minute of cooking for extra flavor.

5. Cook the Chicken

Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and cook them on the grill for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F / 75°C). Baste with remaining marinade while cooking.

6. Add Finishing Touches

Once cooked, remove the meats from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice and top with the remaining butter.
