12 Oysters, 12 Shrimp, 3 Lobster tails, & 2 Pounds King Crab

Clean the oysters under cold water. Shuck them carefully and place them on a bed of crushed ice.

Prepare the Oysters

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink. Remove and place in ice water to stop the cooking. Drain and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp

Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the lobster tails lengthwise and brush with melted butter. Grill or bake for about 8-10 minutes until cooked through.

Prepare the Lobster Tails

If using frozen crab legs, thaw them in the refrigerator overnight. Steam or boil the crab legs for about 5-7 minutes until heated through. Serve with melted butter.

Prepare the King Crab

On a large platter, arrange the oysters, shrimp, lobster tails, and king crab. Garnish with lemon wedges and serve with cocktail sauce.
