Prepare the Patties
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form into two equal patties.

Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Cook the Patties
In the same skillet, cook the beef patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they are cooked to your desired doneness.

Add Cheese
Place a slice of American cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.

Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of the burger bun, spread 2 tablespoons of house sauce. Add lettuce, cooked patty with melted cheese, bacon, sliced tomato, onion, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun.

Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
