Method
Preparation Directions
- 1
Cook the Sausages
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the bratwurst sausages and cook them for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through.
- 2
Prepare the Sauce
In a small saucepan, combine the ketchup, curry powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes to meld the flavors.
- 3
Slice the Sausages
Once the sausages are cooked, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a minute. Slice the sausages into bite-sized pieces.
- 4
Serve
Place the sliced sausages on a plate and generously drizzle the curry sauce over them. Serve with bread rolls or fries on the side.
