Beer Braised Bratwurst Recipe
Traditionally, bratwurst is made with pork and veal and includes ginger, nutmeg, allspice, caraway seed, celery seed and cardamon, salt and pepper. We braise our brats in Dunkel beer with sauerkraut and onions before browning them off on the grill.
