Lobster Tail

Beef Tenderloin

Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Method

Preparing Lobster Tail

  1. 1

    Butter Roasting the Lobster

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat with minced garlic. Add lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet, cut the top shell down the middle, and pull the meat out slightly. Brush with the butter mixture. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the lobster is opaque and cooked through.

Cooking Beef Tenderloin

  1. 2

    Searing and Making the Demi-Glaze

Season the beef tenderloin with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the beef on all sides until browned (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove from skillet and let rest. In the same skillet, add black garlic, beef stock, and red wine. Simmer until reduced by half. Slice the beef and serve with the demi-glaze.

Making Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

  1. 3

    Preparing the Mashed Potatoes

Peel and cube the potatoes. Boil in salted water until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and return to pot. Mash the potatoes and mix in butter, heavy cream, prepared horseradish, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy.
