Lobster Tail

Method

Lobster Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Using kitchen shears, carefully cut the top shell of each lobster tail and gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.

  2. 2

    Make the Butter Mixture

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant. Stir in the lemon juice and half of the chopped chives.

  3. 3

    Roast the Lobster

Place the lobster tails in a baking dish, flesh side up. Brush the butter mixture generously over the lobster meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the lobster meat is opaque and cooked through.
