Preparing the Pork Tenderloin

Sear the Pork
In an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned (about 2-3 minutes per side).

Roast the Pork
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and roast the pork for 20-25 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Assemble the Sandwich
On the bottom half of each bun, layer slices of the pork tenderloin, followed by mozzarella cheese, a generous spoonful of red sauce, pickled peppers, and finish with grated Parmigiano-Reggiano. Top with the other half of the bun.

Bake the Fries
Prepare the frozen French fries according to package instructions, typically baking at 425°F (220°C) for about 20-25 minutes.

Once the fries are baked and crispy, remove them from the oven and toss with grated Parmesan cheese, dried herbs, and salt to taste.
