Combine Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Gently stir until just combined; be careful not to overmix. A few lumps are okay.

Heat the Pan
Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease with a small amount of butter or oil.

Cook the Pancakes
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges look set, about 2-3 minutes.

Flip and Finish Cooking
Carefully flip the pancakes and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining batter.

Serve the pancakes warm with a drizzle of maple syrup and a side of fresh berries.
