Prepare Your Glass
Start by taking a large wine glass or a highball glass and fill it with ice cubes to chill the glass.

Add Aperol
Pour 3 oz of Aperol over the ice in the glass, ensuring it covers the ice evenly.

Pour Prosecco
Carefully add 3 oz of Prosecco into the glass. Pour it slowly down the side of the glass to preserve the bubbles.

Add Soda Water
Top up the mixture with 1 oz of soda water. You can adjust the amount to your taste preference.

Garnish
Garnish your Aperol Spritz with a slice of fresh orange on the rim of the glass for added flavor and decoration.

Give the drink a gentle stir to combine all the ingredients and serve immediately while it's cold and refreshing.
