Shell

Cilantro Rice

Method

Shell

  1. 1

    Prepare the Dough

In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, salt, and water. Mix until a dough forms. Knead for a few minutes until smooth.

  2. 2

    Cook the Shells

Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into thin circles. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil, and cook each shell for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.

Jalapeño Lime Shrimp

  1. 3

    Marinate the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine shrimp, jalapeño, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Let marinate for 15 minutes.

  2. 4

    Cook the Shrimp

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated shrimp for about 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.

Cilantro Rice

  1. 5

    Cook the Rice

In a pot, combine rice, water, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover. Cook for 18-20 minutes until the rice is tender.

  2. 6

    Add Cilantro

Remove the rice from heat, fluff with a fork, and stir in chopped cilantro and lime juice.

Napa Slaw

  1. 7

    Prepare the Slaw

In a bowl, combine shredded napa cabbage, carrot, green onion, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and salt. Toss well to combine.

Crack Sauce

  1. 8

    Mix the Sauce

In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
