Muddle the Mint
In a shaker, muddle the fresh mint leaves gently to release their oils.

Mix the Ingredients
Add Pimm's No. 1, Pamplemousse Rose, fresh orange juice, and fresh lemon juice to the shaker with muddled mint.

Shake It Up
Fill the shaker with ice and shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.

Top with Beer
Gently pour the Logboat Lookout beer over the top of the drink.

Garnish and Enjoy
Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of orange. Serve immediately.
