1. Clarify the Milk

In a large bowl, combine the whole milk with the brewed black tea. Slowly heat the mixture until it approaches a simmer, then remove it from heat. Let it cool for 10 minutes before straining through a fine-mesh sieve lined with cheesecloth to clarify. Discard the solids.

2. Mix the Punch

In a large punch bowl, combine the clarified milk, fresh lemon juice, fresh orange juice, simple syrup, dark rum, aged whiskey, and orange liqueur. Stir well to combine.

3. Chill and Infuse

Add the cinnamon sticks and freshly grated nutmeg to the punch mixture. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

4. Serve

When ready to serve, add the ice cubes to the punch bowl. Stir gently and ladle the punch into glasses. Garnish with additional grated nutmeg if desired.
