Prepare the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the rye whiskey, spicy vodka, Thai chile syrup, lemon juice, and bitters.

Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.

Add a dash of Bitter Club Chile on top and garnish with a lemon twist if desired.
