Reservations

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Season the whole chicken with salt, pepper, and your favorite herbs. Roast in the oven for about 1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.

Prepare the Roasted Chicken

While the chicken is roasting, prepare the seasoned fries. You can either bake or fry them according to package instructions, or prepare them from scratch by cutting potatoes into fries and tossing them with olive oil, salt, and paprika before baking at 425°F (220°C) for 25-30 minutes.

Cook the Seasoned Fries

In a large bowl, mix shredded cabbage, carrots, and your choice of dressing (mayonnaise-based or vinaigrette). Stir until well combined and refrigerate until serving.

Make Coleslaw

Slice the loaf of bread in half lengthwise. Spread a mixture of softened butter and minced garlic on each half. Bake in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes until golden and crispy.

Prepare Garlic Bread

Once everything is prepared, pack the roasted chicken, seasoned fries, coleslaw, and garlic bread into containers. Don’t forget to include your beverage of choice for a complete takeout experience.

In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine gin and dry vermouth. Stir well until chilled. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with an olive and a twist of lemon.

Prepare the Classic Martini

In a shaker filled with ice, combine cranberry juice, vodka, simple syrup, and lime juice. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh cranberries and mint leaves.

Chill the craft beer in the refrigerator and serve in a beer glass.

Pour the red and white wines into wine glasses and serve at the appropriate temperatures.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing until the onion becomes translucent.

Sauté the Vegetables

Stir in the diced red bell pepper and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Add the drained chickpeas, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.

Add Peppers and Chickpeas

Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.

Incorporate Spinach

Remove from heat and stir in crumbled feta cheese and chopped parsley. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Finish with Cheese and Parsley

Serve warm as a main dish or side, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
