Lobster and Cocktail Sauce

Prepare the Lobster
If not already cooked, steam or boil the Maine lobsters until fully cooked. Once cooked, allow them to cool, then split them in half lengthwise.

Make the Cocktail Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine the ketchup, horseradish, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and salt. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.

Serve
Place the lobster halves on a serving platter. Serve with the cocktail sauce on the side and garnish with fresh parsley.
