Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Kale
In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the chopped Tuscan kale and cook for 5-6 minutes until wilted. Stir in the heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes, then stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- 2
Cook the Halibut
While the kale is cooking, heat another tablespoon of olive oil in a separate skillet over medium-high heat. Season the halibut fillets with salt and black pepper. Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
- 3
Serve
Plate the creamed Tuscan kale and top each serving with a halibut fillet. Drizzle with additional lemon juice if desired and serve immediately.
