Prepare Cheese Mixture

Mix Cheeses
In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and goat cheese. Mix until smooth and well blended.

Add Honey
Stir in the honey until fully incorporated. Set aside.
Blister Tomatoes

Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare Tomatoes
In a baking dish, toss the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, thyme, salt, and cracked black pepper.

Bake Tomatoes
Roast the tomatoes in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are blistered and soft.
Crispy Garlic

Prepare Garlic
Thinly slice the garlic cloves.

Make Crostini

Slice Baguette
Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Toast Crostini
Brush both sides of each slice with olive oil. Place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
Assemble and Serve

In a serving dish, spread the cheese mixture, top with the blistered tomatoes, and sprinkle with crispy garlic. Drizzle with additional honey if desired and serve with crostini.
