Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Gailan
Rinse the gailan thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt. Trim the ends of the stems and cut the gailan into bite-sized pieces.
- 2
Sauté the garlic
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.
- 3
Cook the gailan
Add the gailan to the skillet and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until it turns bright green and is tender-crisp.
- 4
Add seasoning
Pour the soy sauce and sesame oil over the gailan. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional minute.
- 5
Serve
Remove from heat, sprinkle sesame seeds over the top, and serve warm as a side dish.
