Preparation Steps
Make the Pork Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced garlic, grated ginger, fish sauce, sugar, and chopped cilantro. Mix well and form into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter.
Cook the Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until cooked through.
Prepare the Spicy Mayo
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with Sriracha to create a spicy mayo. Adjust the Sriracha amount to taste.
Prepare the Pickles
Thinly slice the cucumber and toss it with a pinch of salt. Let it sit for 10 minutes to soften.
