Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

1

Marinate the Chicken

In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

2

Coat the Chicken

Add the chicken tenderloins to the bowl with the marinade. Ensure each piece is thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

Grilling

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F or 200°C). Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.

4

Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Place the chicken tenderloins on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken has nice grill marks.

5

Rest the Chicken

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. This allows the juices to redistribute and ensures moist chicken.
