Make the Char Siu
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Mix soy sauce, honey, and five-spice powder in a bowl. Marinate the pork belly in the mixture for at least 30 minutes, then place it in a baking dish and roast for about 1.5 hours, basting with the marinade every 30 minutes. Once done, let it cool and slice into thin pieces.

Assemble the Ramen
Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. In a bowl, add noodles, pour in the hot shio broth, and top with slices of char siu, halved shoyu egg, black garlic oil, chopped scallions, and nori sheets.
