Preparation Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the BSB Sauce

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha, honey, and lemon juice until well combined. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger

In the same skillet, form the ground beef into a patty and cook to your desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium. Place the American cheese on top of the patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.

  4. 4

    Fry the Egg

In a separate pan, fry the egg sunny-side up until the whites are cooked but the yolk is still runny.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, spread a generous amount of the BSB sauce. Place the cheeseburger patty on top, followed by the crispy bacon and fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
