Loaded Tots Ingredients

Method

Loaded Tots Directions

  1. 1

    Cook Tater Tots

Preheat your oven according to the instructions on the frozen tater tots package. Spread the tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.

  2. 2

    Cook Bacon

While the tots are baking, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. Once cooled, crumble the bacon into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Prepare Eggs

In the same skillet, reduce heat to low and crack the eggs gently, cooking them sunny-side up. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny.

  4. 4

    Assemble Loaded Tots

Once the tater tots are baked, remove them from the oven and sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

  5. 5

    Top with Ingredients

Remove the loaded tots from the oven. Drizzle with ranch dressing and chipotle aioli. Sprinkle crumbled bacon on top, followed by diced tomatoes. Finally, place the sunny-side-up eggs on top.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve immediately while hot, garnished with additional ranch or aioli if desired.
