Prepare vegetables
Rinse cucumbers, tomatoes, and radishes. Trim ends. Slice cucumbers into 1/4-inch half-moons, chop tomatoes into bite-sized pieces, and thinly slice radishes. Pat dry if needed.

Combine in bowl
Transfer the sliced cucumber, chopped tomatoes, and thinly sliced radishes to a large mixing bowl.

Dress the salad
Pour 1/2 cup tomatillo vinaigrette over the vegetables. Gently toss to coat all pieces.

Season
Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste). Toss lightly to distribute.

Finish with toppings
Drizzle 2 tablespoons salsa macha over the salad. Scatter 1/2 cup crumbled queso fresco on top.

Give a final gentle toss, taste for balance, and serve immediately.
