Chill glass
Chill a coupe or rocks glass by filling with ice and setting aside.

Add bacanora
In a shaker, pour 60 ml bacanora.

Add fresh lime juice
Add 25 ml fresh lime juice to the shaker.

Add agave nectar
Add 20 ml agave nectar to the shaker.

Add ice and shake
Add 1 cup ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until well chilled.

Strain and serve
Strain the cocktail into the pre-chilled glass. If desired, garnish with a lime wheel.
