Salad Preparation

Prepare the Romaine Lettuce
Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Remove any wilted or damaged leaves. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Add Croutons
Add the croutons to the bowl with the romaine lettuce. Make sure they are evenly distributed.
Caesar Dressing Preparation

Make the Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine the mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, and anchovy paste. Whisk together until smooth and well combined.

Add Cheese and Seasoning
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Whisk until fully incorporated.
Assembly

Toss the Salad
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the romaine and croutons. Toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly with the dressing.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
